Gecko Grill - Mexican Food in San Jose
The different regions in Mexico and the different dishes that are distinctive to each region. Our Marisco dishes are a tribute to the various seaport towns in Mexico especially the Puerta Vallarta area. Our Mole', is Guanajuato style and is not as sweet as the style of Mole'. The Chile Relleno is a recipe that Sarah learned from her many trips to Mexico learning the traditional methods of cooking dishes from native cooks that were famous locally for their family recipe.
